      Tpcm 900 series is a high-performance, non-electrically conductive phase change material. At 50°C, Tpcm 900 begins to soften and flow, filling the microscopic irregularities of both the thermal solution and the component's surfaces, thereby significantly reducing thermal resistance. It remains a flexible solid at room temperature and stands alone without reinforcing components that could compromise thermal performance. Remarkably, it shows no performance degradation even after 1,000 hours at 130°C or after enduring 500 cycles from -25°C to 125°C. The material softens but does not fully change state, minimizing migration (pump out) at operating temperatures (see viscosity curve). It is supplied in rolls with top-tabbed liners for easy manual or large-volume automatic applications. Individually die-cut parts are also available.
