The Tpcm 5250 stands out by offering impressively low thermal resistance, thanks to its exceptional thermal conductivity of 5.3 W. With its minimal bondline thickness and excellent surface wettability, it ensures optimal thermal management. This cutting-edge material softens at temperatures ranging from 50°C to 70°C, enabling the initial mat thickness to compress to a remarkable bondline thickness of just 25µm. Tpcm 5250 has exhibited outstanding reliability under rigorous conditions, withstanding 1000 hours of diverse aging tests and maintaining proven performance at operating temperatures of up to 125°C. Its unique polymer matrix is engineered for superior pump-out resistance, surpassing the capabilities of conventional thermally conductive greases and other phase change materials.
