      Tpcm 910 is an exceptional high-performance phase change material, designed to elevate your electronics cooling solutions. Distinctively non-electrically conductive, it begins its transformative softening and flowing process at 50°C. This unique property allows it to seamlessly fill the microscopic irregularities found in both thermal solutions and component surfaces, thereby dramatically diminishing thermal resistance. At room temperature, Tpcm 910 retains its flexible solid state and requires no reinforcing elements, ensuring uncompromised thermal efficacy. Astonishingly resilient, it shows no signs of performance degradation even after an intense 1,000 hours at 130°C or enduring 500 rigorous cycles between -25°C and 125°C. While the material softens under heat, it does not fully transition, minimizing the risk of migration (or pump out) during operation (refer to the viscosity curve). Available in rolls with top-tabbed liners, Tpcm 910 is easy to handle manually or integrate into large-volume automatic applications. For enhanced versatility, individually die-cut parts are also readily available.
