PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
     Tpcm 5200 is a new high performance TIM in Laird's product offerings.Tpcm™5000 provides very low thermal resistance by coupling a high thermal conductivity of 5.3 W/mK, minimal bondline thickness, and superior wettability of the mating surfaces. Softening between 50°C and 70°C, the initial mat thickness can be reduced to a bondline as thin as 25µm.Tpcm™ 5000 has proven reliability by exposure to 1000 hours of various aging tests, resulting in proven reliability at 125°C operating temperature. This special polymer matrix provides superior pump-out resistance compared to thermally conductive greases and other phase change materials.
